Michigan Food Stamp Partnership combats hunger in Michigan through education, advocacy, and empowerment.
Michigan Medicare/Medicaid Assistance Program (MMAP) is a free health-benefit counseling service. Since 1984, MMAP has provided education and counseling assistance to Michigan’s Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries and their families or representatives.
A program in 10 Michigan Counties helps people age 60 or older get a Bridge Card! This program is MiCAFE, called “My Café,” and is offered by Elder Law of Michigan and local senior and community centers. MiCAFÉ stands for the Michigan Coordinated Access to Food for the Elderly.

Michigan’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) is a federally funded, low-income residential energy conservation program. The program provides free home energy conservation services to low-income Michigan homeowners and renters.
